1. Digital Products & Services
Immediate Delivery:
Our digital products and services (website audits, rank tracking, content generation, etc.) are delivered immediately after payment via portal access or download links.
Refund Policy:
- All sales are final once services are accessed or deliverables are provided
- If a verified technical issue prevents use and we cannot resolve it promptly, a discretionary refund may be granted
- No refunds for change of mind after service delivery
2. Subscriptions (Recurring Plans)
- Auto-Renewal: Plans automatically renew at the stated interval until canceled
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within the current billing period, except where required by law
- Billing Issues: If charged in error, contact us within 7 days for investigation
3. Professional Services & Custom Work
- Deposits: Non-refundable once work scheduling or project kickoff begins
- Work-in-Progress: Delivered milestones are billable
- Unused Prepayments: Refunds for unperformed work may be granted at our discretion
4. Trials & Promotions
If a trial or promotional rate applies, standard billing begins after the trial period ends unless you cancel before expiration.
5. Service Issues
If you experience technical problems or service outages:
- Contact us within 7 days of the issue
- We'll work to resolve the problem promptly
- If unresolved, we may offer service credits or refunds at our discretion
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@echoresonance.com with:
- Your account email and order number
- Service/product name
- Detailed reason for refund request
We'll review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
7. Refund Processing
- Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Timing: Processing typically takes 5-10 business days, plus your bank's posting time
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in account suspension. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
