1. Services

We provide a self-service software platform offering AI-powered resonance analyses, visual and text optimization, content generation (copy, images, and video), predictive insights, and related reporting, as described on our site. Platform features are consumed with energy credits included in your plan.

2. Payment & Billing

• Fees are due at checkout or per SOW. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Late payments may pause services and deliverables.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content, URLs, and assets you submit for analysis or generation, and for having the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

4. Deliverables & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables for your business. Our pre-existing IP, methods, and tooling remain ours.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public information confidential, using it only for the project.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our site/services for illegal, misleading, or harmful activities or to violate third-party rights.

7. Results & Disclaimers

Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control (market conditions, competition, changes to your site or channels). We do not guarantee specific scores, traffic, conversions, or revenue.

AI-Generated Output. The Services use artificial-intelligence models to produce analyses, scores, recommendations, and generated content ("AI Output"). AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes, and is provided for informational purposes only — it is not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before relying on it or publishing it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made, or content published, in reliance on AI Output; any claim relating to AI Output is subject to the liability cap in Section 8.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the prior 3 months for the affected service.

9. Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for material breach or unlawful activity. You may terminate per the Cancellation & Subscription Policy.

10. Third-Party Tools

We may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., AI model providers, payment processors, analytics suites). Their terms and privacy policies apply.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, conflict-of-laws excluded.
